The Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering at the University of Hong Kong invites applications for a PhD position starting September 2020 in financial engineering from qualified students.
A successful applicant should expect to have a Bachelor's degree by September 1, 2020 and have a strong academic record. Applicants with backgrounds in finance, mathematics, statistics, computer science or related engineering disciplines are encouraged. Candidates should have an interest in Financial Technology (FinTech), Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligent and Big Data in Finance.
