Position ：　　　　Retail Operations Assistant

Direct Supervisors ： Retail Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for various report and sales analysis to retail team and headquarter team, incl. daily sales tracking, weekly sales & KPI, result of incentive plan and other analysis if needed.
• In charge of store uniform management, incl. forecast and bulk order from HQ, store request and fulfillment, etc.
• In charge of store packaging materials and other operational materials management, incl. vendor communication, order forecast and placing, store request and fulfillment, payment handling, etc.
• In charge of store music player management, incl. vendor communication, device order and return, payment handling, etc.
• Responsible for retail store information updating and consolidation, e.g. store contact list, store info master file, new open & closure list tracking, etc.
• Assist in store new open, relocation and closure project from retail operation perspective, incl. preparation checklist notice to related departments, preparation of uniform, name badge, packaging and stationery, cleaning/security supplier follow up, other contract/agreement follow up, etc.
• Responsible for day-to-day operational support to stores and retail teams incl. contract or operational documents proceeding (e.g. cleaning, security, off-site stockroom rental, authority letter/business license copy, etc.) and other supports if needed.
• Be a good team player in Retail Operation evolving, e.g. standards and process build-up, operation efficiency improvement, new digital tools launch, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 1-2 years’ experience in retail industry as a store supporting role with good communication skills
• Experience in sales report and analysis is a must.
• Positive working attitude, able to work under pressure and willing to learning new things
• Self-motivated and be accountable for his/her role & responsibilities independently
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of both spoken and written English
